Tune in from the comfort of your own home for a lively and interactive evening as we enjoy a delicious custom-tailored Peruvian meal crafted by Vibrant Table.
Virtual Event: meals by delivery
Meal: Enjoy a three course Peruvian meal with entrée of your choice, available for pick up or delivery. Fully prepared meals come with heating instructions and will be shared together virtually.
Program: This adaptation of our annual dinner will feature a warm welcome from our team, a video premiere featuring our work across the globe, and the opportunity to participate in breakout rooms with Table Captains to connect for spirited conversation in more intimate groups.
Tickets: The $100 meal purchase includes access to Green Empowerment’s Virtual Annual Benefit Dinner, a three-course Peruvian meal, a bottle of wine and a personal gift from us. Proceeds will advance our efforts to provide life-changing renewable energy and clean water to remote communities in Peru and beyond.

We thank you for your continued support and interest in our virtual benefit dinner. Unfortunately, this event is limited to our supporters residing in the Portland Metro Area.
When you place your meal order, you will be automatically registered for the event. The link to the order form is located on the website event page. Select 'Place your order now', fill out the order form with the required information, make your entrée selections, and you’re all set. Simple as that!
You will receive a confirmation email from Vibrant Table Catering 2 – 3 days prior to the event letting you know the day/time for your pick-up or delivery. For delivery, Vibrant Table Catering will deliver the meals to each guest's home 1-2 days before the event. All meals will include easy heat & serve instructions.
All heating instructions are set for the same oven temperature and each meal comes in oven-safe containers. You’ll also receive a suggested finished plate image along with assembly instructions from our Executive Chef, Marcy Casale, or create your own cuisine design and voila, you’re ready to join the virtual party.
On the evening of the Virtual Annual Benefit Dinner, you can follow the custom reheating instructions and timeline, so your meal is ready when you join the event.

We recommend joining from a desktop or laptop computer. You can even hook up your computer to your smart tv if you want us to be life-size. We recommend making sure you download the latest version of our streaming service prior to joining the event.
